Allied Residential, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Multisite) to support communities across our portfolio. The role focuses on keeping buildings, grounds, and amenities well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing, with opportunities to assist with projects.
Travel to assigned sites, perform repairs, prep units for new move-ins, and collaborate with property managers. The position requires a high school diploma, strong basic skills, and a customer‑service oriented approach.

The Maintenance Technician (Multisite) supports Community Managers and/or Maintenance Supervisors in ensuring the property's buildings, grounds, facilities, and equipment are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of apartment units, common areas, and amenities, as well as assisting with contracted projects and property improvements. The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in delivering a positive resident experience by maintaining a clean, orderly, and functional environment.
