Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking an MRI Technologist for a part-time role in West Palm Beach, FL. The role focuses on operating MRI scanners, preparing patients, and ensuring high-quality diagnostic images while upholding patient safety and service standards.

The incumbent will perform a range of MRI procedures, maintain RIS records, and support the team with protocol updates and training as needed. This position requires ARRT/ARMRIT registration and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an AMA approved radiography program.
• ARRT or ARMRIT registered, current.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist in the appropriate state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Certification in imaging specialty.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanner to acquire diagnostic images with supervision as needed.
• Screen and prepare patients, explain procedures, and position for scans.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain accurate RIS records.
• Disinfect and maintain MRI equipment and work area.
• Assist with protocol updates and training of new staff.
