The successful candidate will hold AMA-approved radiology technology training, Advanced ARRT Certification in MRI, and a current BLS credential, with opportunities within Michigan's largest health system.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of radiology technology.
• Advanced ARRT Certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
• Current BLS certification.

Aufgaben

• Specializes in performing routine and complex MRI procedures.
• Obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses patient concerns to foster comfort and confidence.
• Operates and maintains all MRI equipment to ensure it works properly.
• Positions patients and uses equipment to capture images requested by a physician.
• Performs quality assurance and radiation safety to reduce exposure.
• Maintains documentation, logs, charts, and records in paper and electronic formats.
• Maintains supplies and performs routine maintenance and checks on imaging equipment.
• May assist other radiology areas as assigned.
