Job summary

RAYUS Radiology in Fishers, IN is seeking a part-time MRI Technologist to join a collaborative radiology team. You will work with Radiologists to perform MRI exams, ensure patient safety, and maintain accurate imaging records.

Ideal candidates are ARRT-certified, AMA-radiography-educated, licensed, CPR-certified, and able to perform MRI procedures independently. Position offers Monday–Friday, 10:00am–2:00pm with Daily Pay option and a supportive work environment that prioritizes employee

Qualifications

• ARRT registered technologist in good standing is required.
• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiography.
• State licensure as Radiologic Technologist, if applicable.
• CPR certification current and valid.
• MRI procedures capable of independent performance.
• Imaging specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
• Screen patients and verify identity using two identifiers.
• Explain procedures and position patients for optimal imaging.
• Adjust MRI parameters and monitor equipment for quality results.
• Maintain RIS records and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide support to department staff and train new associates.
