Indian Trails, Inc. is seeking a part-time Commercial Motorcoach Operator in Kalamazoo. Training pays $18/hour, rising to $24/hour after training, with opportunities for growth and generous benefits. You will drive passengers on scheduled routes or private charters, earning while you learn the CDL with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements.

Qualifications

• CDL (A or B) with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to obtain a passport for travel outside the United States.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Demonstrates a professional and courteous attitude with passengers.
• Motivated to travel and adapt to varying routes and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Hit the road behind the wheel, ensuring passengers arrive safely and comfortably.
• Navigate routes, stay on schedule, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Greet passengers, assist with luggage, and maintain a welcoming onboard environment.
• Handle scheduled routes or private charters, including multi-day trips with covered accommodations.
• Operate professionally on every trip and uphold company safety standards.
