Job summary

Indian Trails, Inc is seeking a part-time Commercial Motorcoach Operator in Kalamazoo. You will start at $18/hour during training and $24/hour after training, with potential growth opportunities. Training lasts 4 - 6 weeks and pay while you obtain CDL B with Passenger and Air Brake Endorsements if needed.

You’ll drive routes or charters, greet passengers, assist with luggage, and ensure a safe, comfortable ride. Benefits include 401(k), referral bonuses, events, and room for advancement.

Qualifications

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• CDL with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements and a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain license/passport for travel outside the U.S.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Willingness to travel and meet new people.
• Professional and courteous attitude when interacting with passengers.

Responsibilities

• Hit the road and ensure passengers arrive safely and comfortably.
• Navigate routes, stay on schedule, and provide excellent customer service.
• Greet passengers and assist with luggage onboard.
• On multi-day trips, accommodations and meals are provided.
