• Experience caring for toddlers with behavioral challenges or additional behavioral needs.
• RBT experience strongly preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain before employment.
• Current Tdap vaccination required.
• Reliable transportation and excellent references.

Responsibilities

A warm and welcoming family in Pflugerville, TX is seeking an experienced, patient, and nurturing Part-Time Mother's Helper to assist a stay-at-home mom with her growing family. The family has a 3-year-old, a 1-year-old, and a newborn.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working alongside a parent and have experience supporting toddlers with behavioral challenges or additional behavioral needs. RBT experience or a similar behavioral/child development background is strongly preferred. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, calm, patient, and enjoys providing an extra set of hands in a busy household.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Hours: 25 hours/week
• Pay: $35-38/hour
• Start Date: ASAP
• Children: Ages 3 year old, 1 year old and a newborn.
