Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services is hiring a part-time cleaner to support client facilities. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 20 hours per week, with a morning shift from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Pay is $12.50 per hour, paid weekly on Fridays.

Required duties include cleaning restrooms, offices and common areas, with PPE provided. Candidates must pass background checks and drug screening and be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Pass background checks and drug screening.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, reach, bend and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Wear LACOSTA shirt and PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Routine cleaning of restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, and common areas.
• Window cleaning, sweeping, mopping and trash/recycling removal.
• Stocking supply rooms and ensuring site cleanliness.
