Job summary

Q&A Cleaning Solutions LLC is seeking a morning janitor for a part-time role from 5am to 7am, three days a week. You will clean facilities, operate a floor scrubber, and complete electronic paperwork using a smartphone. Gloves provided; supplies may be provided by store.

The position emphasizes keeping buildings clean and orderly and serving customers. Candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, be 21+, pass a background check, and bring at least two years of janitorial experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years or older and pass OSHA standards.
• Two years of commercial/industrial or sanitation janitorial experience (or equivalent).
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Under limited supervision, perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as directed.
• Remove and dispose of trash.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to protect floors and fixtures.
• Operate floor machines/auto scrubbers to clean floors.
• Complete daily reports via smartphone and upload screenshots.
• Attend and participate in all required shifts and document electronic paperwork.
