Job summary

Q & A Cleaning Solutions is seeking a morning janitor for a part-time role from 5am to 7am, two hours per shift. The position operates seven days a week with Christmas closures, and includes cleaning restrooms and operating a riding automatic floor scrubber. Electronic paperwork is completed via smartphone.

Please bring your own gloves; cleaning supplies are provided by the store. Candidates must pass a background check, be at least 21, and have a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years old and able to pass background check.
• Two years of commercial/industrial janitorial experience or equivalent.
• Ability to meet customer needs and quality standards.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment such as an auto scrubber.
• Physical requirements for varied working conditions.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize and supply restrooms.
• Remove and dispose of trash.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Operate floor machines/auto scrubber to clean floors.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Complete daily reports via smartphone.
