Job summary

Q&A Cleaning Solutions LLC is seeking a morning janitor to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks at our facilities. Under limited supervision you will operate floor machines, including an auto scrubber, and complete electronic paperwork to ensure clean, orderly buildings and satisfied customers.

We offer a part-time schedule (5am–7am, 7 days a week) with gloves provided and cleaning supplies. Must pass background check and have at least two years of janitorial experience; strong communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 21+ years old and OSHA standards compliance.
• Must pass background check.
• Minimum two years of commercial/industrial janitorial or sanitation experience.
• Experience with cleaning equipment, including auto scrubbers.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks under limited supervision.
• Remove and dispose of trash.
• Operate floor machines/auto scrubber to clean floors.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Complete daily reports via smartphone apps.
• Submit electronic paperwork via apps.
