Job summary

Grand Hyatt DFW, located at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, seeks a polished, energetic Part-Time AM Bartender to join the Food & Beverage team. The role focuses on morning beverage service, bar support, and delivering friendly hospitality in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, and supporting breakfast operations while adhering to responsible alcohol service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Experience in hotel/airport high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and beverage preparation.
• Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service standards and local regulations.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service required or ability to obtain.
• Food handler certification required or ability to obtain.
• Ability to use POS systems and process payments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
• Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service to guests in bar, restaurant, and service areas.
• Support morning beverage service and breakfast operations with efficiency and polish.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines, spirits, and hotel offerings.
• Greet guests, engage appropriately, create a welcoming bar/restaurant experience.
• Accept guest orders accurately and process payments per procedures.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to service needs.
