Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring a Part-Time In-Home Veterinarian to serve Hernando, FL and surrounding areas. This mobile role focuses on hospice and euthanasia care delivered directly at clients’ homes, offering a balanced, purpose-driven veterinary career outside traditional clinics.

The position includes mentorship, onboarding, and access to a 24/7/365 Support Center, with a guaranteed base salary plus bonus opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent Veterinary Doctor degree required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia care for pets in home settings.
• Conduct in-home veterinary visits with compassionate care.
• Maintain professional communication with pet families and team.
• Collaborate with Lap of Love mentors and support teams.
