Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required for driving positions.

• Background check and drug screening required.
• 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors.
• Conduct unarmed patrols of facilities and grounds.
• Monitor access and maintain visitor records.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document patrols and incidents and communicate with supervision.
