Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, escalating according to procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, entrances, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, access concerns, and loss-prevention issues and report observations to store contacts and leadership.
• Document incidents and patrols accurately and complete required reports in a timely manner.
