Job summary

Allied Universal in Roswell, GA is seeking a part-time Security Officer Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver. This role involves driving patrols at a commercial real estate site, maintaining a visible security posture, and delivering excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following established protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to identify unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with access control procedures, and communicate concerns to site management and/or emergency responders.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation related to security operations.
