Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter.
Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and queue or crowd management during busy store hours and special events.
