Job summary
East Side Clinical Laboratory, Inc. is seeking a mid-level to experienced phlebotomist for mobile on-site service in Rhode Island, traveling to nursing homes and other patient sites. You will perform phlebotomy with care, ensure accurate labeling, and maintain detailed records for diverse residents.
The role requires a current phlebotomy certification, a valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle for daily travel. 15 hours per week, mornings, with benefits and supportive team culture.
Qualifications
- Hands-on training and proven expertise in phlebotomy techniques.
- Current phlebotomy certification.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and active auto insurance/registration.
- Reliable personal vehicle for daily travel between patient sites.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing schedule.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, on-site phlebotomy services to patients in nursing homes.
- Label specimens accurately and complete scanning and light data entry using digital systems.
- Travel to Rhode Island sites and neighboring areas to serve diverse communities.
- Build trust with patients through strong interpersonal interactions.
