Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Gibbstown, NJ. This role involves patrolling chemical/petrochemical locations, delivering visible security presence, and providing excellent customer service to site personnel and visitors.

As a part-time driver, you will follow site procedures, respond calmly to incidents, document observations, and coordinate with site leadership to deter security threats while maintaining safety and integrity.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• State/county/city security license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Lift 20+ pounds preferred.
• Must be 18+ (unarmed) or 21+ (armed).
• As a condition of employment, background check will be conducted.
• As a condition of employment, a drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors following site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of facilities, grounds, and access points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials, log visitors/contractors, report concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly per site procedures.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate patrol observations to Allied Universal leadership.
