Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and store personnel by following site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and escalate as necessary.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout retail areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report hazards or policy violations and notify management or responders.
• Assist with access control, visitor directions, and maintaining orderly presence per procedures.
