Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check conducted per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols surrounding the retail location, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control, visitor direction, and other security-related duties per site procedures.
