Central Jersey Medical Center is seeking a General Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care from a mobile unit and travel to sites such as Perth Amboy, Carteret, and Newark. The role supports the Chief Dental Officer, participates in QA, and ensures adherence to professional standards.

Requirements include NJ license, CDS, DEA, CPR/BLS, and 2+ years in dentistry; bilingual ability preferred. Excellent communication skills and team collaboration are essential for ambulatory care delivery.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited dental school.
• Must possess a State of NJ License and a CDS License.
• Must possess a DEA license issued by the State of NJ.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Completion of an accredited general practice residency is preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience in dentistry preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Examines individuals requesting care and diagnoses dental/oral conditions; prescribes and carries out or directs treatment.
• Records patient-dentist transactions in the dental record and completes referrals and required paperwork.
• Educates individuals on oral health and disease prevention.
• Serves on dental staff and center committees as assigned.
• Develops and implements Dental Department policies and procedures.
• Coordinates and integrates dental programs with other center services.
• Travels to fulfill the Medical Center's needs and attends meetings as necessary.
