FC Cincinnati is seeking a part-time First Team Equipment Associate to support the equipment staff during the MLS Sprint Season (Feb–Apr 2027). You will assist with locker room setup, equipment transport, and game-day operations at TQL Stadium and MHTC, while ensuring MLS standards and a professional appearance.

Responsibilities include packing for road trips, maintaining organized apparel/equipment inventories, and supporting academy training sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate with FCC players and staff.
• Excellent organizational skills for equipment and apparel tracking.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Represent FC Cincinnati’s family-friendly brand professionally.

Responsabilités

• Assist with upkeep of the home team locker room to MLS standards.
• Help set up and breakdown before/after training sessions and home games.
• Pack for road trips and assist with equipment drop-off/pick-up.
• Unpack from road trips and prepare for next training session or game.
• Organize and track team apparel and equipment; collect kits for washing.
