Job summary

Fastenal Co. is hiring for a Part-time Mini Load Picking position at our Edwardsville, KS distribution center. You will pick, pack, label, and route orders from the conveyor to the next department, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role involves operating RF scanners and printers, weighing products, and maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work area. A flexible schedule after onboarding may be available, with duties performed in a fast-paced team setting.

• Operating computer programs, RF scanners, and printers to label product
• Using a scale for weighing product
• Verifying inventory being picked matches request
• Verifying package quantities and counts
