Job summary

Fastenal Co. is hiring for a part-time Mini Load Picking role at our High Point distribution center. The position involves order picking, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

It offers a flexible schedule after onboarding and performance milestones. Based at 4110 Premier Dr, High Point, NC, you will operate RF scanners, use a scale, and ensure correct inventory handling while supporting environmental health and safety programs.
