Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking energetic, team-oriented individuals for part-time Mini Load Picking at our 6445 Fulton Industrial Blvd distribution center in Atlanta, GA.

Shifts include 11:00am–3:30pm and 7:00am–11:00am with up to 28 hours per week, and there may be schedule flexibility after onboarding and performance goals are met. Responsibilities include picking orders, packing, labeling with routing numbers, and preparing items for the next department.

Qualifications

• Must pass the required drug screen (US).
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proactive learner with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Pick items and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate RF scanners and printers to label products.
• Weigh items with a scale and verify quantities.
• Ensure inventory matches pick requests and maintain station cleanliness.
• Follow health, safety and sustainability rules and training.
