Job summary

EURPAC seeks a part-time Base Manager for the Jacksonville, FL commissary to support operations across designated locations. You will maintain product distribution, stock shelves proactively, and build displays while coordinating with the Area Manager and CAO tools.

An emphasis on accuracy, speed‑to‑shelf and vendor credits is required. Responsibilities include weekly ordering, shelf management, and event support for promotions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to maintain product distribution and expand item placement.
• Ability to stock shelves proactively and manage shelf max with AM guidance.
• Experience securing displays, demonstrations and promotional setups.
• Knowledge of shelf management: facings, resets, pricing, shelf tags.
• Experience processing vendor credits and price reductions.
• Strong communication with store personnel and area managers.
• Willingness to travel for store resets and to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks to support operations at commissary locations.
• Call on assigned commissaries and complete tasks from AM/AS.
• Maintain current product distribution and expand new item distribution.
• Collaborate with CAO to manage shelf max for all SKUs.
• Stock shelves when needed and backstock is available.
• Build displays and secure product demonstrations as required.
• Manage shelf issues: facings, resets, pricing, coupons, shelf tags.
• Ensure timely processing of VCMs and VPRAs.
• Communicate store issues to AM and conduct code-dating checks.
• Manage weekly DSD/DSDS orders and utilize EAGLE Eye and Retail IQ.
