Eurpac Service, Inc. seeks a part-time Base Manager for the Ft. Jackson commissary. The role supports daily operations, shelf management, and display activities in a fast-paced retail-military environment.

The Base Manager will coordinate with Area Manager and CAO, stock shelves, manage demos, and ensure timely vendor credits while maintaining strong relationships with store personnel. A background check and base access are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Military base access required and background check.
• Existing military base access preferred.
• Flexibility to support multi-site commissary operations.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution of new items to meet 30-day speed-to-shelf target.
• Collaborate with CAO to manage shelf max for all SKUs.
• Proactively stock shelves during out-of-stocks and with backstock.
• Secure/sell display activity and build displays as needed.
• Manage shelf tasks: facings, resets, sign management, pricing, shelf tags.
• Ensure timely processing of vendor credits and price agreements.
• Maintain appropriate store call frequency and communicate issues to AM.
• Conduct regular checks for code dates and product rotation.
• Handle balanced weekly orders for DSD/DSDS accounts.
• Demonstrate use of EAGLE Eye and Retail IQ tools.
