Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• All degrees must be from a recognized accrediting body.
• One year of prior work experience.
• Customer or student service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced enrollment office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary SCO submitting enrollment dates, certifications, and verifications for VA education benefits and DoD Tuition Assistance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional requirements for VA benefits, DoD Tuition Assistance, and enrollment at HCC.
• Prepare reports related to military students, audits, and the annual catalog submission.
• Maintain military community webpages, student portal, and communications plan to military students.
• Support strategies increasing awareness of military community needs; collaborate with college units.
