Job summary

ESCO Retail, a division of Eurpac Service, Inc., is hiring a part-time Base Manager for Camp Pendleton, California. The role focuses on shelf management, stocking, displays, and coordinating with the Area Manager to meet speed-to-shelf goals.

You will work with vendors and independent contractors, manage weekly DSD orders, ensure proper pricing and signage, and perform regular checks for dates and rotation.

Qualifications

• Basic shelf-management and store-operations knowledge.
• Ability to manage stock, displays and signage.
• Strong time-management and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Call on assigned Commissary and complete tasks assigned by company technology and your AM.
• Expand distribution of new items to meet speed-to-shelf goals.
• Collaborate to manage shelf max for all SKUs and stock when out-of-stocks.
• Secure and build displays; order cases to support events.
• Maintain shelf maintenance tasks: facings, resets, prices, shelf tags.
