Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with willingness to work day/evening/night shifts as needed. The incumbent will collaborate with the Senior Technologist and Operations Manager, adhering to safety policies and delivering high-quality testing services

Qualifications

• Certificate in Laboratory Assistance or equivalent.
• Knowledge of bacteriology and media preparation.
• Experience with automated microbiology workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive specimens and plate on appropriate media.
• Assist Senior Technologist and Operations Manager in Microbiology.
• Address result requests and maintain accurate records.
