Job summary

WAVE Therapy, located in Carlsbad, CA, is seeking part-time therapists to join our team. The position offers flexibility as you create your own schedule seeing individual, couple, and family clients. Compensation ranges from $40 to $70 per client, with additional benefits available for those working over 20 hours a week.

You will enjoy comprehensive clinical support, supervision, and training in a collaborative environment while managing your caseload and maintaining all documentation seamlessly online.

Qualifications

• Associate or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Experience in private practice preferred but not required.
• Compassion and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring, compassionate therapy to clients.
• Schedule clients and manage documentation.
• Complete progress notes and treatment plans timely.
• Attend weekly consultation groups and staff meetings.
