Qualifications

• Electronics Merchandising Specialist experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated customer service aptitude with follow-up and resolution.
• Ability to troubleshoot functional displays and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising and display maintenance for Meta products.
• Ensure displays are functional, powered, priced and compliant.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain displays.
• Validate inventory and maintain presentation standards.
• Conduct store visits, audits, and signage updates.
• Build relationships with retail teams and complete reporting.
• Provide remote troubleshooting support and document resolutions.
• Own issue resolution and quality control audits.
