ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Meta Merchandising and Support Representative in Boise, ID. You will split time between in-store merchandising (60–70%) and remote L2 support (30–40%), visiting stores on a schedule and supporting troubleshooting from a home office.

Expect 20–24 hours weekly with Mon/Wed/Thu in-store and occasional remote support. Competitive hourly pay and standard benefits are offered, with training provided and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Electronics merchandising experience or equivalent.
• Strong customer service aptitude with follow-up and resolution.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex displays and root causes.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid time management and organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work in field and remotely.

Responsabilités

• Execute merchandising and display maintenance for Meta products.
• Keep displays functional, powered, priced and compliant.
• Install, troubleshoot and maintain displays.
• Validate inventory and maintain presentation standards.
• Conduct store visits, audits and signage updates.
• Build relationships with retail teams and report results.
• Provide remote L2 support, document issues and resolutions.
