Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Support Merchandiser to independently cover multiple retail locations, including Marysville and Arlington, WA. You will manage displays, stock levels, and backroom organization, while communicating with store management.

No experience is required; training is provided. The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and a 401(k) with company match. Punctuality and reliability are essential for holiday peak periods.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation as most routes have multiple retail locations.
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates.
• Technological competency—able to learn and use company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Meet scheduling needs, including occasional weekends and major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product within greeting card departments and other locations; maintain backroom areas.
• Communicate questions or concerns regarding service or schedules to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment using time-management and organizational skills.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
