Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and accessible. You will create eye-catching product displays and support merchandising projects with attention to safety and quality.

Most tasks are back-of-house with some customer interaction. You’ll coordinate with the Merchandising Services Team and store leadership to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Able to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Able to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specs and prove completion.
• Verify buyback items; pull, prep, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital information in-store.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
