Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Merchandising Services Associate to join our team in-store. You will ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays, helping customers find products easily while minimizing disruption to daily operations.

You will spend much time on merchandising tasks, with some customer interaction opportunities, contributing to a safe and visually appealing shopping environment across Lowe's locations.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or with help.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product location signage, and maintain this information digitally.
• Ensure product pricing information is visible and replace missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays correctly.
• Repair/replace damaged signage, merchandise, or displays as needed.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
