Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a part-time Merchandise Manager at our Wilkes-Barre, PA location. You will lead merchandising, planogram execution, and inventory routines while ensuring pricing accuracy and a customer-ready store environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Lead truck unloading, merchandising execution, and pricing changes.
• Oversee planogram and visual merchandising to company standards.
• Ensure in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy through Store-In-Stock routines.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Provide training and coaching to team members and uphold asset protection.
