Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs for compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, maintaining store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership and service standard.
• Lead truck execution processes for timely unloading and merchandising flow.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Maintain in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy through SISO routines.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and ensure on-schedule merchandising sets.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and initial product placement.
• Support a clean, organized store environment, including backroom and sales floor.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and accurate product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time to maintain pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment for order accuracy and speed.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
• Manage store damages procedures and shrink reduction.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Partner in asset protection to reduce shrink through awareness and safe operations.
