Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing, and eye-catching product displays in Lowe's stores. You will spend most time on non-customer tasks while occasionally assisting shoppers with product information or locating items.

The role emphasizes maintaining safe, clean, visually appealing displays and collaborating with the Merchandising Services Team to meet store standards and drive add-on sales.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and maintain this information digitally.
• Confirm pricing is visible and replace missing labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays as needed.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
