Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Merchandising Services Associate to support store operations through accurate signage, pricing, and product displays. You will create eye-catching displays, ensure easy product location, and engage customers when opportunities arise.

You will be involved in merchandising projects, maintaining planograms, and assisting in locating or handling merchandise while supporting the store team. This role includes weekend shift considerations and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related tasks per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update/validate signage and product locations across the store.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and updated.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales and proper displays.
• Repair/replace damaged signage or displays as needed.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
