Hallmark Merchandiser in Worthington, MN is a part‑time role where you will work independently to showcase organization and time management skills, maintain inventory, and support store teams with seasonal resets and installations.

The position offers an hourly pay rate of $15.00–$17.00, training provided, and voluntary benefits for part‑time employees. Availability for weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: extended hours and days around major holidays.
• Department Resets: may assist with installations, remodeling, and relocating card sections.
