Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to collaborate with local store teams, optimize product placement, and manage inventory. You will work independently, showcase strong organization, and support seasonal resets and installations while engaging with store staff and customers.

Eligible employees receive annual pay increases and access to voluntary benefits. The role requires availability during holidays and a flexible schedule, with average 8–10 hours per week and a $16.00–$18.00 hourly

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a handheld device.
• Holiday support: extended hours and days around major holidays, including weekends.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixture setups, relocations, and remodels with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with the field network and support teammates across territories.
