Jacent Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser to work on-site in the Celina, TX area. The role focuses on placing products, building displays, and coordinating with store personnel in more than 18,500 stores across North America.

Ideal candidates are self-starters, quick learners who enjoy teamwork and changing environments. You will manage merchandising resets, clip strips, and plan-o-grams with a focus on consistent execution.

Merchandiser

Eligible new hires will receive a $2,950 Sign On Bonus, payable in 4 installments. The first installment of $200 will be paid after 30 days, the second installment of $500 will be paid after 90 days, the third installment of $750 will be paid after 180 days, and the final installment of $1,500 will be paid after 365 days of continuous employment. Employees must be actively employed and in good standing at the time of each payment to receive the bonus. This offer is subject to change or termination at the company's discretion. This retention bonus offer does not apply to rehires.

Who We're Looking For

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
  • Standing and walking 3-8hrs
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Possesses excellent organizational skills
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
