Jacent Strategic Merchandising is seeking a Merchandiser to support our presence in more than 18,500 stores. The role offers daytime hours, a predictable schedule, and 16–20 hours per week with paid training. You will travel between stores, building displays and executing plan-o-grams while staying within 20 miles of Grapevine, TX.

Earn $15–$18 per hour with a sign-on bonus of $2,950 payable in installments. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication with store partners.

Merchandiser
Eligible new hires will receive a $2,950 Sign On Bonus, payable in 4 installments. The first installment of $200 will be paid after 30 days, the second installment of $500 will be paid after 90 days, the third installment of $750 will be paid after 180 days, and the final installment of $1,500 will be paid after 365 days of continuous employment. Employees must be actively employed and in good standing at the time of each payment to receive the bonus. This offer is subject to change or termination at the company's discretion. This retention bonus offer does not apply to rehires.

• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:

  • Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Possesses excellent organizational skills
