Job summary

Hallmark Cards, Inc. is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work independently in retail stores, showcase organization, manage time, optimize product placement, and maintain inventory while supporting seasonal resets.

You will restock and organize Hallmark products, use a handheld device for merchandising tasks, and coordinate with store teams to ensure attractive displays. This role requires reliable transportation, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work varied hours

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to read documents and interpret information.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Access to transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
• Part-time employees with a work schedule less than 30 hours have access to voluntary benefits.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Use a mobile device for merchandising tasks, communicate with your supervisor, report time, and provide feedback.
• Engage professionally with store employees, management, and customers to maintain displays.
• Support holiday-driven changes, installations, and inventory-related tasks.
• Collaborate with other merchandisers to cover assigned stores.
