Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within the assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. Weekend or evening shifts may be required, with travel between locations as needed.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work autonomously. Training is provided, and the position offers flexible local market scheduling and early wage access.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Prior merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within the assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports via a mobile app
• Building relationships with store staff and management
• Communicating with District Manager while in stores
