Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations across Morristown, Greeneville, and Rogersville, TN. The role focuses on merchandising approved products, following planograms, and maintaining safe handling standards.

You will move products from backrooms to displays, create POS materials, and build productive relationships with store personnel while meeting program goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Effective communication in listening, speaking, and writing.
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs repetitively.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Insurance verification required from first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf.
• Moves products from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials where permitted.
• Restocks and organizes back room for efficient inventory flow.
• Builds relationships with store personnel through follow-up and pricing discussions.
