Job summary

Footprint Solutions seeks a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in the Knoxville area. You will ensure shelves are stocked, displays updated, and reports submitted via a mobile app, working independently with minimal supervision.

You’ll travel within the local territory, build relationships with store staff, and handle audits, planograms, and resets. Prior merchandising experience helps, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports via a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
