Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser (Part-Time) to service retail locations in your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. The role is hands-on and independent, with local travel within your market.

You’ll stock shelves, update planograms, complete audits and reports, and build relationships with store staff. No experience required—virtual training and ongoing support are provided, with competitive pay and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and report via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
